- Built-In Shelving: Throughout this home, you’ll notice built-in shelving has been added to help optimize storage. In the office is open shelving paired with cabinets to help keep the space organized. The second-floor loft includes a mini wet bar with a custom wine storage piece that is nothing short of show-stopping.
- Ceiling Height: The ceiling height on both floors has been increased to add to the spaciousness of the open floor plan. The first floor now has 10-foot ceilings while the second story now includes 9-foot ceilings.
- Media Room: Movie nights just got easier, thanks to the media room on the second floor. This space opts for a cozy feel and includes tiered seating, so there’s no bad seat at this in-home theater.

Yes. The best way to get inspired is by visiting one of our 52 model homes, where you can walk through designs, see our build quality up close, and experience what’s possible for your custom home. Our model homes and design studio locations are open to the public every day we're open. You are welcome to walk-in and browse our homes without an appointment in a no-pressure environment.
Do I need an appointment to tour a model home?
You're welcome to stop by any time during our operating hours, Monday through Saturday. No appointment is necessary!
